Municipal
Council of Tourism of São Carlos - COMUNITUR, created by the Law
in the 12.973, of April 4, 2002, has as purpose to establish politics
for the development of the tourism and to promote the municipal
district of São Carlos through elaboration and approval of projects
and you make possible them, be with the support of the section
public or private. The piece of advice is constituted by 28 (twenty-eight)
members that exercise their functions gratuitously, in same composition
between the Public Power and the Civil Society for a period of
two years, being allowed the reelection of each member to criterion
of the represented entities. COMUNITUR accomplishes a meeting

and objectives of the tourist section of the municipal district
